his primary and secondary education in Kar\u015f\u0131yaka in \u0130zmir, he entered the Turkish Military Academy and graduated in 1988. Later, he received a bachelor's degree from the Department of Journalism at Marmara University Faculty of Communication, and a master's degree from the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul University Faculty of Economics. He completed his doctorate at Ege University.<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 21px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: var(--text-align); color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 21px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: var(--ast-global-color-3);font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;text-align: var(--text-align)\">\nHe has worked as a research scholar at international institutions such as the University of Trento and Hunan University, conducting destination-based research. At various times, he carried out academic studies in Syria and China and has published books on these subjects.\n<\/span>\n<span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;text-align: var(--text-align);color: var(--ast-global-color-3)\">\nHe is currently serving as the Vice Rector at Girne American University.
